Orders and Pricing
  • Prices are listed in Central African CFA Francs (FCFA).
  • Orders are a binding offer to buy once checkout is complete.
  • You hold the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or pricing errors happen.
    Shipping and Delivery
    • All items ship directly from Tanzania.
    • Delivery times vary based on the carrier and the buyer's location.
    • Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes in their destination country.
      Returns and Refunds
      • State your return window clearly (for example: 7 days or 14 days after delivery).
      • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
      • Customers usually pay for return shipping back to Tanzania unless the item arrived damaged.
